George Huffman joined Recovery Law Center as a paralegal in 2010. He is extremely proud to be part of a legal team that has helped so many families through some of the most difficult times of their lives. George takes great pride in providing assistance to those who have been injured and helping them navigate the treacherous roadblocks that make insurance claims a challenge.
Born and raised on the west side of Oahu in Wai’anae, George is a proud graduate of the 1982 class of Wai’anae High School Seariders. Today, he is the father of three wonderful children — two boys and a daughter — who light up his life.
A lifelong animal lover, George enjoys working with the Hawaiian Humane Society and was instrumental in creating the “Ella Gives Back” adoption event as way to help Hawaii’s homeless animals find their forever homes.
George also enjoys travelling, having visited six of the seven continents. So far, his most memorable trip was in Egypt, where he visited Cairo and Luxor. Every year, he attends the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade in New York City. But he hasn’t forgotten about Antarctica, and hopes to get there someday.
