The crash happened Sunday night on the westbound H-1 Freeway near the airport off-ramp at about 6:25 p.m. A preliminary investigation by Honolulu police found that a driver was headed west on the freeway past the off-ramp at an apparent high rate of speed when she lost control of her vehicle.
